Barbara Arnst

Barbara is a lifelong learner, with a career spanning both the business and academic worlds.  She is currently heading Telenet’s Agile transformation journey.  Previously she was a Consultant at Bain&Company, a Partner at Gimv and COO at an internet scale-up.
Next to her corporate role Barbara is currently pursuing a PhD at Vlerick Business School on the topic of Agile Organizations. She is driven by a desire to increase the effectiveness of organization designs, and in particular about how to make novel, self-steering organization models work (especially in large and complex firms). She also holds an MBA degree from INSEAD and graduated as a Sinologist from KU Leuven.
