Thomas is Partner at Minds&More and has over 20 years’  experience in helping companies with their commercial transformation (with focus on Sales, Marketing & Pricing). Prior to joining Minds&More he did spend more than 10 years at an international consulting firm where he advised and guided accounts in their sales, marketing and pricing transformation journey.
Over the years Thomas developed deep expertise in aligning the front office functions (like sales and marketing) and back office functions (like finance, HR and IT) to enable this transformation.
Thomas is managing strong relationships with many (large and mid-sized) companies within FMCG, Manufacturing and Professional Services Industry.
